You may return or exchange your order for whatever reason within 14 days after receiving it.
Contact us at support@hbfworldcommunity.com, write us you order number and we will provide you with the return address and a return reference number.
Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to offer free postage on returns or exchanges.
- Money refund
We will return the money within 14 days from the date of recieving the returned item. Damaged or worn items cannot be returned and won’t be refunded.
- Order cancellation
Cancellation of an order is possible within 24 hours after placing it. For cancellations, please email support@hbfworldcommunity.com.
